Shopify product page UX design - No coding

TASK: Revise/Redesign Right Column of Product Page template, create mockups in common sizes:
1024*1366
1440*482
768*458
320*458

Over the past 12 months we have added a lot of extra information into the right side column of the product page template for customers' benefit.
New additions include:
- Stock availability per warehouse
- Price Match Promise
- GST (VAT) toggle
- Payment options
- Automatic delivery price based on IP address

All these extra data points have made the right side column very long in height and it gets cut off at the fold. Smaller screens have more cut off.

This task is only to design, no splicing or coding or new theme creation, only design.

I have personally tried to create the new page but I am not a UX designer. My PSD is attached, you are welcome to view it and/or play around with it to get some ideas. The main issue is that it is 'too busy'

Would like to redesign the RIGHT COLUMN only, not the entire page or website theme. This can be to improve my design or start fresh.

Please preview the product page of live website and inspect as 13" screen to get an idea of how much gets cut off at fold.
