Soundcloud followers DIRECT PROVIDER ONLY (read everything)

I have a project. And i need a direct provider NOT A RESELLER who would be interested in collaborating with me. Here is the plan:
i'm a good promoter and i'm working in the music industry for 3 years, i have a good experience in promoting music on soundcloud.
