a new face (premium template installation, every widget needs to stay on the blog)

It is Adsense approved, but it has some issues that need fixing ASAP.
I have the template, but I wouldn't say NO to a new one. I am looking for a very competent individual- expert in Blogspot (or blogger) SEO and ADSENSE - to work with long-term on
several other projects.
Please, do not bid if you can’t do it. This project is very important to me.
I'd prefer someone who accepts payments with WISE.
