Software to send SMS from PC

I am from India

I want software to send bulk sms from PC. I don't want to send free SMS. I want to attach my SIM card with it and want to send SMS from it. I can attach sim card through bluetooth to the software and SMS should be sent.

I can also attach my SIM card to software by placing SIM card on mobile and attach mobile through cable to PC and software
