I need a programmer who can make me an android virtual phone (android virtual emulator) with the specifics of the virtual emulator exactly like an android phone has an OS etc. I need around 400 - 1000 android virtual phone devices (android virtual emulator) with different OS and machines. I want it installed on my personal computer / vps server that I have. I also want to have a playstore on each device so that I can download applications on the playstore to run my tasks.
