Customised AWS application development

I am looking for a customized solution where each client will have their own credentials and they should be able to upload their data (which would include documents like pdf and png). In the tool, the documents get split and are placed in respective folders. Admin should be able to update the details by uploading an excel sheet and also forward client requirements to specific vendors. Each vendor will have should also have their own credentials and they should be able to download and upload the details with status as found not found and comments. During this process, the client should exactly know where the order is on the client dashboard and similar dashboards for admin and vendors pertaining to their details. The final report will get QCed by the team and post their approval, client will be able to download the same

Requirements

• Prior Experience of Developing an Application
• The application will be hosted on the cloud, so experience of the same is preferred. Would require your help and guidance in deploying the application
• Responsive application
• Support in troubleshooting with bugs (if any) in the application provided
• Provide source code
