i am looking for the wordpress developer who can help me in editing the wordpress CSS and some problems. Please find the details below to see if you can fix it or no.
Some of the changes i have already done but some left.

Use same theme and style for Our Speakers as Organizing Committee. There should be consistency in look and feel.Not yet done. Use same background as Organizing Committe
The Mouse Over functionality for International Speakers and National Speakers is not working fine. Please modify it. When we select international speakers below image gallery should have international speakers and same for national speakers
Please Change look and feel for Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3 as Program Section to maintain consistency.Make the look and feel and contents same as our brouchure to have consistency
Rename Download E Brouchure to Download Conference Brochure Link for Ebrouchure in all the places.
The download EBrochure option at the top module be besides search button or atleast same size to have consistency on the website.It is still below the search button. It should be besides the search button on right side and not below it.
We need to advertise our partner websites on our website. We will require slide show in Home Page and also banner images at the top of the website. Will send you banner images for it later.This is not yet done. Please find attached banner images for it

Remove Link from About Us Menu so user will not be able to click on About Us

Remove the links for the header Organizing Committee, Conference Management, Scientific Committee etc. as we don’t have content to them. We may add content later
Change the Bullets and Numbering format for member name. You can use FormatFormat has not yet change. Please use circle bullets and numbering like below

Registration
The validation errors when you click on send button is not clear. It makes the screen looks very bad. Please refer attached image: Home Page 4.png for reference.Please give customized error like. Please Enter First Name, Last Name, Select Country etc. and not generalized like this. Also please take the focus to the control where input is not there
When you click on reset button still error messages are not cleared.Not done
You are not able to enter the values after the validation errors. How the user will work like this???Same as Point 1
Institution/Company and Address are not compulsory fields. When you click on Send validation is done on that as well. You are able to input alphabets in Mobile Field
Please add ISD Codes in Dropdown also as per country selected. Please find attached Dubai Criticare Master Data.xlsx for ISD Codes

There is no validation to select Registration Categories. We need user to select either of 1 category
An Email should also be sent to the register person with his registering details
In Email sent there is no other specialty and other nationality. Remove this from Email
