I have a bootstrap template and I need to add javascript to dinamically add options to select
I have 3 select, country, state, city
When user click a country the state select has to be populated with states, then the user can click a state and city select has to be popuated with cities

this seems pretty fast task to complete since i've programmed in javascript for way too many years. i also have some experience with bootstrap but that doesn't really matter in this case. we're only updating the drop down menus in a js function anyway.
