I need a 3Ds MAX expert to do a very small work.
I will have a file of 3ds max7. You have to apply a few effects (such as link constrainer) and make it able to animate.
In the last result, I may be able to animate it. You have to do ONLY adding link constrainer (or suitable effect) for that.

If done well, I will need you for 3ds max works also in the future.
