I need more than a Million backlinks for my pharma site

This project is for pharma site "drugstrading.onl". it is an online pharmacy selling medicine online. This project is kind of churn and burn but this is not someone else's site which i want to totally burn, it should churn for some time. I know i am not going to get the best quality links in this quantity and this budget but a lil bit of going on safer side would be appreciated. Keywords i want to churn/rank for are not really high competition.

Links distributed to almost 250 URLs and each URL having 3-5 keywords
