I would like to ask somebody to help fix or fix this issue!
I have a wordpress site with custom theme where i puclicize a video and its also automatically posting to facebook. On the wordpress site the video is playable as you can also see

But in facebook i have a banner instead of the featured image or play option.

I would like to fix that problem without saving any images and make them featured and show them on the site because i have on auto share everything and facebook grabs the first picture whats the banner on the site.
I would like to have at least a features youtube image on facebook or an option the pay the video what i have in my post if i share it. Opened for ideas programming even plugins.
