We are looking for someone to write two documents of "Terms and Conditions", one following European Law and one following USA Law.
The Terms and Conditions are for a website which is a platform that on one hand unites people who search for a clinic aboard where to do their esthetic surgery and on the other hand the clinics that offer the different treatments. The patient searched by country and by treatment in a list of clinics and then out of the output of the search, he/she is able to choose and contact as many clinics as they want before taking a decision of having the surgery done with a particular clinic. Examples of similar concepts of websites are https://www.treatwell.co.uk and http://www.clinicasesteticas.cl
We look for original, customized work for the specifics of the website, subject matter, country and legal system.
I was wondering if when you submit the work you could also highlight the following in the documents: areas which are specific for US state and federal law and the ones specific for European Law and the section that specifically states the liability coverage that we are obliged to in both cases.
Lastly, it would also be important for us to know which sections are country specific and how do these change the overall terms and conditions.
It should be a comprehensible terms and conditions document for each law, so two documents, that I can then copy paste on the website that I am creating.
