Client using redirecting link which gets forwarded to a webcam site, we already mentioned in the listing no video links are allowed. Also, very poor communication, otherwise we had initiated a Refund in such a case.

We just checked your website, your website doesn't have google analytics installed. We never had a conversation saying analytics don't show bulk traffic. Please prefer bitly stat for quantity, Google analytics new session views vary from original numbers.
This is iframe ad traffic with a 10-sec ad window, bulk visitors getting exited same time so it shows the high bounce rate nothing to worry visitors are staying. It does not affect your SEO because traffic is coming through a third-party network.

Your traffic was started on 12th OCT, If you had problem with bounce rate. You should have get in touch with us. Instead you reviewed us after months. We can make necessary changes to campaign. We can increase our iframe ad limits to some extra more seconds.
If you want users to stay on website for 1-2 minutes. Let you know there is no Ad network on entire Internet where we can force user to stay for 1-2 minutes. If someone is promising this, that's not genuine traffic you are looking for.
