I am establishing a C Corporation (also know as a regular corporation) and am curious how often I must pay taxes. I know with a sales license you have to pay every 3 months. Is it the same with a C Corp?
I want to incorporate my website empire which earns a lot of money. It has no employees but I plan on paying "rent" to myself to avoid some taxes. Which corporation type should I create? I'm very confused about it.
