Why is my Facebook photo link not showing the 'Like' button even when the photo is set to public? Answered

Only the 'Share' button is showing. Seller couldn't give me 'Likes' because of this. What seems to be the problem? I copied and paste the link but when the seller clicks on the link, no like button.
