Can A Reseller Outsource Service Here?

Is it allowed for a reseller to outsource service here? If yes, any particular requirement?

What is the requirement for one to sell his/her Ebook here?
If one has PLR license on a product, can he sell such product here?

Yes, you are allowed to sell Ebooks here if you are the owner or if you have resell rights.

When you create your Ebook service you'll see this:

You agree that this eBook is owned by you or that you have resell rights. All eBooks will be reviewed before published and any illegally listed books will result in the banning of your account.

When you are creating an E-book service, Seocheckout tells you, what requierements your book should meet before selling it here. As far as I remember it should have a cover, should be with chapters and you must be the owner of the book.
