Hello friends and fellow sellers.
Please help me out! I have been a seller for about 2 weeks now and I was a level 2 seller. I have been very active and professional on my account with clients and such but I woke up today to see if I had any more orders and/or to see the status of current orders and I noticed that my level decreased from Level 2 to Level 1 again. Please help provide clarity to me. I do not understand, I thought I was doing everything right.
