How can I withdraw my 8 dolars?

I can not withdraw my 8 dolars becouse you must to have at least 15 dolars or more so you could withdraw. Why ? I dont understan that policy....really. It should be that I can withdraw how much I want.

Is there any way so I could withdraw that 8 dolars ?

Level 1 minimum 15 dollar. If you want to make your 8 dollars? You know that there are some rules that you Seocheckout if Level 1 minimum of 15 dollars. SO you have to upgarte your account.
