If I Pay For A service From My Paypal Balance Is The Transaction Instant?

If i pay for a gig from my paypal balance is the transaction instant? ie: is the order eligible to have work started on it by the seller immediately or does the order take a while to complete?

The transaction is instant, so the buyer should start work as soon as possible. They will then have a certain amount of days to complete the gig.

No. You still have to wait for the seller to respond to your order. Nevertheless, it was an Instant Download.

yes, your charges will deduct instant if you order gig.. but seller got that transaction when order will marked as complete..

Transaction is instant on your side and order is forwarded immediately to seller. Then they will get money after delivering order
