Will the addons become subscription too if the service is a subscription?

Hi there!

I am wondering if I marked my service as a monthly subscription, if the buyer ordered the service with addon, will the addon also follow the monthly subscription too?

Example:

Service XYZ cost $30/mo
Available addons: ABC ($3), DEF ($3)

If the buyer ordered Service XYZ, ABC and DEF addon, he will need to pay $12 at first. After that, will he still need to pay $12/mo or only $30/mo?
