How to make the buyer to respond?

Hello. I got this one buyer bought my service. I put all my efforts in the order, I responded everytime she asked me questions, deliver it as fast as i could, but as soon as i delivered the order, she didn't even complete my work (she was online the last time i check). I would like to recieve a positive review to my service in order to gain people's trust on my services. How to make this buyer to respond?

Try to find when he is last logged in.If h last logged in today or a near day,he is doing some tricky.Mak him motivate to complete the order,send messages in to his inbox.Send him a bonus gift.

Yup her last log in was today. I contact the buyer just now and ask if anything is wrong with the order. She just completed it and rate it. Thank you for your advise

Great!!! The same happened to me also, but am now getting much buyer.and great rating..I really guess sending bonus for buyer really motivate buyers. Thank you so much wikicrunch

Once again, im having this kind of buyer who didn't respond to me eventhough i've delivered the order days ago. This really affect my reputation on seo. I have done my job as good as I could. I use nice words, I deliver work as fast as I can. But i didnt recieved any good ratings on my service. This is so disappointing.

That's a another Common Factor which belongs to most of Buyers Mentality.
Some buyers really don't want to spend a 30 Second to put a Feedback, not even when they are really happy by our services !!

That's mentality, Even I tried to ask them politely -Nothing happens!
Send them Bonus -Nothing Still !!

Unfortunately, there is a big proportion of buyers in this mentality

Yes, Its kinda common issues and I feel same way that lots of buyers don't give positive feedback even they get satisfied results, But this is with only few buyers some do give p.feedback and stay returning customers...!!
