What did you expect from 20745+ bulk backlinks directly to your money site? Bulk links are good for lower tiers of links, whole SEO world is talking about that for years now and especially since Penguin came out. I agree that "Penguin safe" text is wrong, but it's a marketing text and if you are Level 1 out of 100 in SEO knowledge, you should know that.
And even then, those links are probably NOT dangerous because Wikis are very hard to index and they don't get indexed at once. Did you get penalized? It's gonna take a lot more than 7000 Wiki sites submission to get penalized.
I made few tests with my friends about negative SEO. It works if you get relevant links removed, that's no secret. Bulk links mostly don't work in a negative way on long term, especially when only 1 blast was made. And I mean 100k blog comment backlinks to same URL with the same anchors by that, not 7k Wikis lol. Worst case scenario for you is Google dance for a week or two, than same position in SERP as before. If 7k Wikis could get you penalized, internet would become a Wild West.
Your feedback is "...all done automatic...". Did you really expect a guy to manually submit articles to 7000 Wiki sites 1 by 1 for 10$? That would be 1$ for 700 submissions.
Children in Africa have better $ to hour ratio than that. Hi, let me enlighten you: What did you expect from 20745+ bulk backlinks directly to your money site?
