When I try to deliver completed work its not working.....
Note: deadline remain 22 hours more.

It's showing ,You have to submit your work using the Deliver Completed Work tab. Your buyer will then have 3 days to respond, after which the order will be marked as complete.

I understand that its usually confusing sometimes, had that issue too, but when you do it, you'll see that what you sent will be in green background. Try it and see.
