how to delete the massage of inbox of Seocheckout?

I have many massages in my inbox and I like to remove some massages from my Seocheckout web site. But I can’t delete the massages. Please advice me to delete the massages. I can not solved this problems. Please any seo members help me and soled my problems.thank you evry body

Hi semsarwar,

At this time there is no option to actually delete messages from your inbox, you can archive them which will hide them from the main inbox area.

If you really want or think a specific message needs deleting you can always contact the helpdesk:http://helpdesk.ionicware.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit

Hi Semsarwar, there is no delete option in inbox but you can archive (hide from inbox) your messages. just select message which you want to archive and in the end of the page select archive option.

how to delete the massage of inbox of Seocheckout?

You can also do it on the conversation page with any user when you open the message.

Hello,
Delete to message in inbox there are no sestem in Seocheckout,but you can also mark it as a archive means it not seen in your inbox. If you want more you can contact to suppot center.
