How to handle Payal Dispute?

yesterday i delivered 2 small amount order. after few hours of delivery suddenly i got mail from Seocheckout that my order has been canceled due to buyer filed a papal dispute. i contact support. support team says i have to wait untill case is resolved. So what will happens? How to protect from this types of fraud?

Hi parag4485, I had the same situation before ( and not only me) . seocheckout protecting sellers from fraud buyers, they have an algorithm which determined the buyer who have a fraud chance. The cancellation is for our own protection! 
Please take a look on Terms of Service
31. Fraudulent Buyers 
to learn more about payments to the seller in this kind of situation.

Pay-Pal disputes are not fraud, or at least in mose cases it won't be fraud. Fraud is when someone is using someone eleses payment information themselves and in cases like that they don't normally bother doing disputes.

All a Seller can really do is keep up good communication and provide a good Service so the buyer never feels they need to dispute. If they do dispute you can only wait to see what happens with it, if the buyer closes the dispute or the seller closes the dispute the order will be reopened. In the majority of cases disputes will be won by Seocheckout or closed by the buyer.

Hello Sir,

I already delivered the order in quick time & also he gives positive review in order. Buyer do like this intentionally. my main question is if seocheckout not win the dispute then we lost our money?

I also hate when this happens to me I usually just cancel that . But at the end of the days that is just your decision  , also you can contact support and ask them how to proceed .
