If someone leaves a negative review how can I fight it?

I am wondering if anyone has had any problems with buyers or clients that have bought a service from you and you delivered it on time and the right way but they still decide to leave bad feedback for you. How do you go about dealing with this and are you able to submit a complaint to support to help?

Hi soundcloudpromo,

If a buyer leaves negative feedback then you will need to contact them and try and resolve the issues to have them remove it. Seocheckout staff will take requests through the helpdesk but feedback is only remove under a 100% without a doubt false basis, if you cannot provide it's 100% false it will not be removed by staff.

If people are not satisfied with your work they will leave a negative feedback. But some ill-minded person use feedback system in bad manner.
Actually, sometimes they threaten seller to do additional work else leave negative review on service.

I think the buyer give a good or bad feedback depend on the service you supply. If they don;t like your service, they can cancel or give bad fb. btw, I wonder that if there are any competitor who give ?intentionally bad fb to you. :|

hello if buyer left a negitive feedback you can ask them what was problem with your order and try to resolve the isse there is edit button and buyer can edit your feedback if after he will find your service good and nice

Hi dear friend, You should try to satisfy the buyer by you best service according to the order. if the buyer satisfy by your service, hop He/She must give you positive feedback, If he/She give negative feedback, there have been no opportunity to complaint against the buyer for that Negative feedback.
