How do you earn affiliates?

I've spent years advertising referral links and I'm mostly successful at it. However, Seocheckout is an exception. Due it's popularity I struggle to earn referrals via the methods I currently use for other sites and I was wondering what other methods do you use to gain affiliates that you are willing to share? Excluding affiliate stores and promoting your link on forums.
