Does anyone know what's the impact on the new Google "Hummingbird" update?

I need to know if anyone really know the real impact of the new hummingbird update introduced by Google? Earlier Google algorithm concentrated more on Social signals. Did it change in this update? I have a blog and still I can't see any change in the traffic (neither decreased nor increased). I wonder whether it really matters on the existing blog setup.
