Why can't i order service?

Anytime i try to order a service this is what i get....This account is no longer allowed to order services from sellers. Please contact support if you feel this is an error.

It means your account is blocked because you have a high fraud score or you've created too many Paypal/Payza disputes so a staff member has blocked your account from ordering. You'll need to contact a staff member via the helpdesk.
