"Completed $500 worth of orders/purchases/affiliate sales on time" What does it mean?

I am a seller, I am currently a level 1 user. How can I move to level 2? and "Completed $750 worth of orders/purchases/affiliate sales on time" what does it mean?
Process-1:Service sales = $750 = Level 2. / purchases service = $750 = Level 2. /affiliate sales = $750 = Level 2. 

Process-2:But if I,Service sales = $400 + purchases service = $400 = $750. Is this the process I can move to level 2?
