yeah , i think its legal , coz i too have 2 accounts on one IP , one of mine and other of my brother ! i think it is legal to create upto 2 accounts without any affiliate link ! rest cant be said , its Seocheckout !

Never create more than one account. It would be classed as fraud since you'd most likely be using your ref link and getting more money that way.

You are only allowed 1 Seocheckout account. if you maintained more than 1 account you get banned you're all the accounts at seocheckout,
