    This generally means you must've followed their TOS. If you ever broke their TOS you will get an infraction.

    first you should clear that what kind of infraction you are having ?
    DId you submitted the ticket to remove infraction or to get some kind of sevice or level up?

    As you are having infraction that means you have broken rules of seocheckout.  If you break rules then you will get infraction.
    and if you want to remove infraction then you should wait till the deadline OR submit a ticket to remove infraction that you are having.
