what they mentioned on the twitter questions. use social exchange like addmefast, youlikehits etc... though some will like then unlike which is not good and some of the people there uses fake profiles..!

If you have lots of friend in Facebook, you can cultivate them to be your ambassadors for promoting your website. For the close friends in your list, you can seek their help in spreading the promotional post that you made so the link of your website will be shared for their friends to see. And if your website is interesting to them then you get traffic from that. Another way is to roam around Facebook for Facebook groups that have a relation to the niche of your website and post there not exactly a promotion of your website but something creative so you will not be suspected of spamming.
