How to enter my Paypal Account details in Seocheckout profile so as to withdraw funds?

When trying to withdraw funds from Seocheckout balance to Paypal it asks for Paypal account details, but there isn't any option to add them

Please tell me how can I add Paypal details so as to withdraw funds using PP
