How to send in ticket?

So i knew how to send in a ticket before by clicking the HELP tab on the site of the page... But i cant seem to find it anymore... How to send tickets in?

Go on the Support Tab at http://helpdesk.ionicware.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit
You may then submit a ticket to an admin and they'll get to you shortly.

click support tab or help button and you can see a form to submitted.. give your information and e mail correctly define your problem.
then you can see answer by email in few time..

click "support" link on footer. then will opened "select a depart" on new tab. choose a department, click on "next". here you can write and submit ticket
