As $15 is the withdraw reqired for the level one user, Then

If some one have $15 with the $4 of Seocheckout promotion money then will he be able to withdraw the money?
I don't think so but not sure. plz ans me.

No you may not, You can't withdrawal promotional money from seocheckout. But once you get $15, you may withdrawal that.

you can not withdraw promotional money .you can use this money only for buy any service in seocheckout.
Level one withdraw 15$ level Two withdrew money 5$ and level Three Withdraw money 5$. Thank you.
