I have active sales but not in my manage sales,why?

I have active sales but not in my manage sales,why?

Hi, i just see near myt 1 service is no 1, like 1 active sales, but when i click on it it not show in my orders where normally has to be. So i dont know?
I can not complete the service coz i dont see the instruction ...
Anyone have the same?
