Can I add my Payoneer Account as Payment Method?

Hi there, I don't have any wise/skrill/Paypal or any other payment method except Pyoneer. Can I add my payoneer account as a payment method? If yes, then How?
I will be thankful For your response.

You can use Payoneer only to withdraw your earnings, but you can't add it as payment method as far i know. Try to set up Stripe account and then add credit card payment option to your store

I have not added the payment method yet, then how a client placed an order?

also let me know, after delivering the project, payment will remain in my account even without adding any payment method?

The only way someone can pay you if you don't have a payment method is by using their Seocheckout account balance and once the payment clears it will go into your balance, and then you can withdraw it via Payoneer.
