When I started my journey as a professional SEO expert, the first thing I learned was to always use Ahrefs to check domain rank. It quickly became my go-to tool for researching any website - from small blogs to massive conglomerates. No matter what size or scope of the project, Ahrefs had all the data and insights that I needed for accurate analysis. But checking a domain rank wasn't enough; I also had to be sure that everything checked out with Whois information After all, if there was something suspicious going on with who owned the site then this could affect its ranking and overall performance in search engine results pages (SERPs). So running checks on Whois has become an essential part of my research process too. One final piece of advice when it comes to SEO is checking the ratio of incoming vs outgoing links: ideally you want more incoming than outgoing links so that your page looks more attractive and authoritative in terms of link juice (which helps boost rankings). This can sometimes be tricky as some sites require manual verification before they will accept your link request, but it's worth investing time into getting quality backlinks from relevant websites that are already established and trusted by Google algorithms. Overall, these three pieces of advice have been incredibly valuable during my career as an SEO expert: using Ahrefs for domain rankings; verifying Whois info; and keeping track of incoming/outgoing links ratios. If you take these steps seriously then you'll be well on your way towards achieving great SERP visibility!
