    how come 1$ service by level 1 users?

    i can see that lot of level 1 users are providing 1$ services, how do they do it?
    i also want to creat one. but it is no allowing.. example

    Any Services under $10 that were created by a Level 1 user were created before the update that changed Level 1 users to have a minimum $10 Service. It is also a possibility that a Level 2 or 3 user created the Service and then was infracted, causing them to lose the level.

    Most likely these Services were created BEFORE level 1 users HAD to post Services for $30, i assume these Services will be left active at $3 unless the seller changes them.
