    Hi, I just want to know why after receiving the following message "Congrats, someone bought a package from you! seocheckout" I can`t see the order in the seller control panel.

    It normally takes a few minutes to appear but it`s been 4 hours since then and I don`t see anything.

    This is because after you receive the first email the order isn't complete, the buyer can still change their mind at this point. You always receive a 2nd email confirming the order is completed.

    You get two emails from Seocheckout when you get an order. The first email just alerts you that your package has been sold. Yay! Congrats, someone bought a package from you! Seocheckout At this point you can't see the order or do anything.

    The second one means the buyer has submitted the instructions you, you can see the order and you can begin working.

    Great explanation there,I just clicked this thread to learn also,I think with the first alert,it could put one in a good frame of mind that someone is about to put money is the sellers pocket which is a good one before the final mail.Good one as well.

    Dont worry, ou have received your order, but other details are not send by buyer.

    he will soon send you details as he already have paid for it.

    Maybe your order still pending.G to manage to sell & click filter all button. Then you can show your pending order. so open the link & copy it.Sent message the buyer & put the link & told her for activating the order=https://prnt.sc/1b51en8
