Whats the easiest way to get traffic for my website?
I am doing really bad,not too good at seo.

Any help from your side will be highly appreciated

I think you start with article marketing, it seems that one is a little easier for starters

One small one that is quite common that can be effective depending on niche is posting on forums that allow you do promote your website on there. Often these forums either require you make 5-10 posts first or sometimes none and then you can post yourself a free topic which gets you seen just a bit more, gives you a free back links and it's completely free to do.

I don’t think that requirement to make 5 to 10 posts before you can promote your site will matter to a new site owner. You have to grab anything that can help in getting traffic to your new site especially if your site is under the aegis of Adsense. With forums my suggestion is to choose a moderate forum in size which is not too large and not small. Maybe a hundred active members will do. The hazard in posting on a big forum is that your post will be buried by the numerous replies of active members so it is like putting a needle in a haystack.

If you mean free traffic then I suggest social bookmarking, youtube, free classifieds, articles, forums, facebook, twitter, and exchange sites.

Well you can get many visitor, by posting your link on different high traffic sites/blogs and but to get targeted visitors you can also use different answers sites likes yahoo answers. and work on SEO of site, This will also help alot in traffic.

You cannot go wrong with social media when you want traffic because it is really the easiest especially if you have an active account in social media, be it Facebook or Twitter. Issue a tweet or post on your Facebook timeline the link to your website. Of course, it’s not that bland. What I mean is you have to compose your marketing blurb so it will not appear like plain spamming. How about making it a bit mysterious? Anyway, you can post your promotional item for free, right? And if your friends and followers will check on your link then that’s traffic for you.
