Content is the king, if you build site with fresh content, google will love you, the other keyword density no more 2%, interlinking your inner page, heading 1, 2 and 3. and yes install one is all in one seo.

Use the SEO friendly template, create SEO friendly content (unique, interesting, keyword destiny 2% - 5%), internal linking, clear sitemap (good site structure), heading (H1, H2, H3), and install all in one seo plugin also other seo plugins (xml google sitemaps, seo smart links, etc). Don't forget to give title in every links and alt in the images.
