If you were or are using a proxy and that proxy is a "known" proxy to us, your fraud score will always be 100. Please disable your proxy and delete your billing profile then readd it.
If you feel this is in error, please contact us at http://helpdesk.ionicware.com and provide a scanned Photo ID (license or passport - you can blur out any numbers but we need to see your address and name on an official ID). We can then set your account to trusted which will allow you to use direct pay. Direct Pay is enabled. When you add a billing profile, it tests your account credentials against a fraud scoring database. If your fraud score is above 20%, it will disable credit card purchases yet still allow you to pay using Paypal or Payza.
