1st you need to reduce the price of the service. Give at maximum discount you can.
2nd boost your service using paid boost for buyers to see your service.
3rd most importantly provide quality work to get ratings fast.

Keep your price same until you reach 100 rating in your account. Then you can increase your price. All the best for your 1st order.
