I have added payoneer as payment method but when I create a service in payment method section there is showing nothing and when I click on payoneer button it leads me to a not found error page Please guide why it is happening and what is the correct way to adding a payment method

May be at the future time it can come. Than you will get the chance to add the payoneer API with your every services.
You have to verify some more payment services which are available on your services payment section.
Like: Skrill, Coin Gate, Coin payments, Paypal, Authorize.net or any other which are available on your side.
