i can not buy the service . help me ?

i can not use credit cards to pay for the gig. i get the error An error occurred during processing. Please try again . information i entered is correct .please help me. i need to pay for and use the service.

maybe you bank have blocked your card or you exceeded your credit limit.

no . my card is not blocked by the bank and not up to the credit limit . it is absolutely correct and valid. i use it in many stores but can not be used for payment at Seocheckout .

I think its a temporary issue because I am facing similar issue although I used same card to make payments in the past. But I would like to hear official response because I need to get some urgent stuff done.
