For an unknown reason PayPal does not open in Bangladesh. If you see business section from your country PayPal website than you will find Bangladesh on the business section but in case of Bangladesh at personal account opening time: Bangladesh name is not available. So far Bangladeshi freelancers are suffering about PayPal. Now a day skril withdraw is taking huge also. For that reason payoneer should need to stay and Bangladeshi freelancers love payoneer.
