What is private key and public key ?

when i log in my Seocheckout account, Seocheckout says add payment methods. But when I add my Paypal email , they say to add public key and secret key. But I want to know, what are public key and secret key and where I will get it ?? and when I can withdraw my balance ??

Please, experts, answer me.

The keys can be found in your Paypal business account tools and are used to to ensure a secured connection. However, they aren't actually needed here, as long as you use a verified Paypal email then your buyers will be able to pay directly to the account associated with that email address. My buyers here pay directly into my account when they order and I don't use the keys.
