Getting traffic from Facebook and twitter is basically about having a good content.content is king because when once a topic is interesting, valuable and of good quality, then you would get people to click on your post without stress.

instruct your followers on twitter to help you retweet your post and don't forget to use the hastags,it helps your post to be seen easily.

The number one rule is
"Build Fillowers"
If you have 1000 followers on your facebook or twitter, and ten percent checked your link, you will get 100 visitors to your website. If you have 10000 followers on your facebook or twitter and ten percent checked your links, you will get 1000 visitors.
The second rule is
"Build genuine followers"
Don't concentrate on quantity, but on quality.
If you have 10000 followers and only 5 percent clicked your link, you will get 500 visitors. However, if you get 60 percent clicks on from your 1000 visitors, you will get 600 views.
